Had a low Steer on my Driver Side and limped in to this place in desperation, and this is my experience…. They told me it’ll be 30-45 for Commercial Tire guy to get there.. he was on a Road call… Okay Fine… Here’s where I got impressed… As I was walking back to my Rig…Service Truck comes pulling up to me and the 3 guys from the shop run out and like a NASCAR Pit Crew have my truck jacked up checking the tire and valve stem for leaks ,… turns out I had a cracked Alcoa So here’s the breakdown 5 minutes into my “30 minute wait” - Tire guy is there diagnosing the problem @ 10 minutes- problem found and out the door price is quoted and honored @ 20 minute mark- tire is dismounted and rim changed remounted & balanced … ya see where this is going?… All together from pull in to paid & leaving…45 minutes Price $218 They have Roadside Service and regular customers/ fleet customers can park in their truck parking lot Free (they’re across from Loves… literally across the street… And as Usual, mind your Manners & Clean up after yourself so We can continue to receive the Customer Service and respect we both deserve
