I bought a truck here July 2016. That post went great. Had a check engine light right away took 3 trips back to fix it. Oil change they installed the wrong drain plug gasket and left the fun plug loose. Now in for some preventative maintenance they broke a bolt had to order it, told the truck would be done by noon. Showed up at 11:30 and it was not until 1:00 that they told me the part did not arrive until lunch time. Told it would be an hour and a half yet. I need to communicate with my customers so they know when their freight if going to go but it's hard to do with the shotty customer service at this sorry place of a repair facility.
