If you need a reefer washout you have to pay inside then drive around back to bay 15 where you have to battle other drivers that are all competing to be at the front of the line. The guy washing out trailers doesn't seem to have any concept of time. The washout receipts say first 15 minutes but it takes the guy anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour to wash out a single trailer. When you have 10 drivers waiting for a washout you can see how that would be a problem. If you need anything other than a washout then you have to use the truck wash bay and there's almost always a long line for that. The shop is hit or miss with repairs as far as time and quality of service goes

high prices for wash out. $150 for a job much smaller than what BB charged $107 for. blue beacon is much cheaper. i asked for a strip of electrical tape, offered to pay for the entire roll, they refused. ***.
