after not even having my truck out the shop for a week, I had an scr fault code light pop up on my way to texas. I called this location about 170 miles ago, and spoke with Jeff who told me to bring it in. man, I tell you they got me in right away. I wasn't here more than 10 minutes before they took my truck to the back to diagnose it. they even have real Time Live feed of your truck in the shop. I ran through the parts department and into the lobby, and this particular location is super nice inside. they even have awards for being the best Dobss Peterbilt in the nation. really big facility, and they have parking across the street to drop your trailer. I've already dumped about 10,000 into my truck these past 2 weeks, so hopefully this issue isn't going to cost me very much more. But great facility and great people!
