7! Hours wait and they dont even have parts!! That's what you get as lounge...

The afternoon supervisor and crew were too notch. Had an issue with mt RTI truck and they didn't give up until it was fixed and I was back on the road. I'd definitely say they are one of the top Ryder repair shops I've been too. Just want to make sure they know how much I appreciate all their effort so I wasn't sitting longer than I had to.
