We bought a windshield wiper blade here. The mechanic replaced the perfectly good one and left the torn one on the windshield. They have absolutely no clue what they are doing, so I highly recommend avoiding this shop. When we reported our complaint to the manager, Jayla, she was of no help whatsoever. They offered neither a refund nor a replacement in the interest of customer satisfaction. I intend to file a formal complaint with Love's Corporate Management regarding this location and its manager.
