How do I get in with an 80-footer?

No gate instructions on file. Nobody at this shop has told us where to turn in, whether an 80-footer can swing the yard, or which door the write-up desk is behind — so we are not going to guess. Ask on the phone before you commit the combination to the lot.

  I came into the shop yesterday around 3 PM to fix a rear light issue on my truck and to get both my truck and trailer DOT inspected. I ended up staying until about 9 PM. They managed to fix the light on the truck, but we ran into issues with the trailer lights, and I also failed the DOT inspection. At first, they thought the issue was coming from the truck’s switch, but it turned out there was also a problem with a leaking wheel seal on the trailer. Naturally, I was frustrated because I was going to leave with a still faulty trailer and would still have to pay for the work done. However, the general manager stepped in and handled the situation very professionally. He gave me two options: either leave without paying anything, or wait until the next morning when an experienced mechanic named Justin would arrive to properly diagnose and fix everything, and also offer me a significant discount on the work. I decided to wait, and it was absolutely the right decision. Justin showed up the next morning, was very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly, and he quickly took care of all the issues. Everything was resolved properly, and I left completely satisfied. Great service, professional management, and an excellent mechanic. Big thanks to the whole team and especially to Justin for his outstanding work.

They are charged from me money for nothing. I’m telling you guys if you have an option bypass this location do it
