  I've had a bad water pump for about 5 weeks now. I went and picked one up at Peterbilt in Iowa. I was parked here for the night and figured I would see if I could get it swapped out here at Southern tire Mart in Beaverdam Ohio! Before my arrival, I called and talked to jimmy, who also was my Master tech for this repair. He gave me an estimate of around 600 bucks, bare Bones minimum if I didn't need anything additional or my coolant fully replaced. Well I pulled into the shop after only about a 15-minute wait, and Jimmy and his Young apprentice Miguel got right to it! They had that bad boy swapped out in record time! My final bill was considerably lower than my quote! And on top of that, they even threw in a Southern tire Mart Yeti mug! I trust STM's over any other truck stop shop, and all the STMs that I've been to have performed phenomenal work at phenomenal prices! Thank you Jimmy and miguel, Ray, and the very nice woman in the front office. I can't believe I don't remember her name but I feel bad about it! You guys were great, and the work was perfect! If you find yourself needing mechanical work done, ask for Jimmy!
