Arrived at 9:20am shop opens at 9am. Spoke with the mechanic and the service manager needed a repair and replacement on the metal piece on the step on the passenger side. Was told no problem they can order part which will arrive in 30 minutes and the job will be done in an hour or two, we shook hands. 12:30 nothing is done by 1:15. I walked to the service manager asked how long it will take because I have delivery To make, he said that he is going to get the part right now By 1:45 Part was delivered and installed. It only took them four hours to get and installed metal step On a door. Chat new that this job was time sensitive and no one really cared about it
