Terrible. Came in for an airbag on the trailer…everything was going great until it took the tech an hour to take the airbag off and then he proceeded to go home not putting the new one on. Leaving one guy at the shop who has to watch the front of the store and doesn’t know when another person will be in. So now I’m held hostage with no answer as to when I can get out of here.
