‼️⛔️‼️ ⚠️ Before going to this shop, read the negative reviews carefully, I wish I had I spent almost $8,000 including towing and repairs on my 2020 Freightliner Cascadia DD15 💸 They charged me $2,474.86 for a high-pressure fuel pump, basically new OEM money. What they installed appears freshly repainted/refinished, has no visible Bosch or Detroit identification tag, no visible part number, and no clear manufacturer. They have not provided the exact part number or supplier documentation after I asked. So I paid near-new-OEM price for a pump of unknown origin and unknown remaining life ⚙️ Right after installation, the engine ran terribly and showed FMU/QCV and fuel-pressure faults. They first used my old FMU/QCV and later installed a used one from another truck. Only after that did the engine run correctly. A complete new DD15 pump normally comes with this control valve 🔧 I also found loose bolts in the exact high-pressure fuel-line area they worked on, plus another mounting bolt completely missing 🚛 The next morning, the truck would not start because the water-separator cap had been left slightly loose, allowing air into the fuel system. I had to diagnose it myself and spend about an hour manually priming the system ❗ After my experience, I read the negative reviews more carefully and found several other customers describing very similar problems, including allegations of used parts being spray-painted and charged or represented as new, missing documentation, and work that apparently was not performed as billed At this point I lost a huge amount of money and time, and I may have to pay another shop to replace and redo work I already paid for ⚠️ If you have another option, use it. If you still decide to come here, get the exact manufacturer, part number, NEW or REMANUFACTURED status, warranty, and supplier documentation in writing, and personally verify the work before leaving.
