I did a PM on the truck and reefer unit, and they forgot to tighten the oil cap on the reefer unit, and now I have oil all over the truck and trailer. I asked how much they would charge me to charge 4 shocks, just the labor they said 4 hours, and it would be 500$. No, thank you. It takes me 20 minutes per shock to do it. They are expensive even on PM. The location in Amarillo are cheaper and more professional.

This place has given me a great experience. It was very reasonable wait to get in the door. They have knowledgeable staff that want to help for the drivers not the bill. I'm not saying they do free service. The services are reasonable priced and they go above and beyond to make sure you leave with good working equipment.
