I came here for truck repairs, but unfortunately the customer service was very disappointing. The guys working at the front counter/shop area were very rude and did not know how to speak respectfully with customers. Everyone can have a busy or stressful day, but customers still deserve basic courtesy and professionalism. The repair service itself may be one thing, but the way customers are treated at the front counter makes a big difference. I hope management addresses this issue and provides better customer-service training to the staff. Truck drivers spend a lot of money at these facilities and deserve to be treated with respect.
