nice and courteous staff and they diagnose the problem before trying to charge you and they ask you what would you like to do..... if they are not overwhelmed with work they usually get you in within 1 hour.... they EVEN gave me good technical information about Reeefers units when I asked.... most people don't even bother with you with that nowadays OR to get you out of their face !!!!

hey you talk about Jhony on the spot I just drove in and they got working on my trailer right now. I hit a deer with my trailer and it tore out some wires and bent my mud flap brackets took off my license plate less than a hour I was back on the road. thanks guys and they also do washout.
