Absolutely terrible experience. I paid $65 for a truck wash, and my truck was still dirty when they finished. I had to point out the same dirty spots four different times, and instead of actually cleaning them, the workers just sprayed water and acted like the job was done. They clearly didn’t care about doing quality work. The management should pay attention to what is happening here. If employees are tired or simply don’t want to work, they should be replaced with people who actually care about customers. There were barely any customers, yet they still couldn’t do a proper job. After I left, I saw two or three trucks with trailers pull into the lot. They looked around and then drove away without getting a wash. It’s easy to see why this business is losing customers. This location has great potential. The property is spacious, the location is convenient, and the truck wash itself could be excellent. Unfortunately, the employees are ruining the business with their poor attitude and lack of effort. This place charges premium prices for terrible service. I completely wasted my money. I will never come back, and I strongly recommend that other truck drivers avoid this truck wash.
