Not a bad shop but there's one way in if you have a trailer on or if you're over 45 ft in total length. Wait time isn't bad, if major work is being done expect to have to jump through a hoop or two created by unscrupulous customers in the past. That however is a minor issue, there are hotels nearby if you're down for a couple days and there is plenty within walking distance of those hotels. This is a family run shop, the owner is friendly and more importantly knowledgeable. he is involved in the day to day and not just in the office. if you need routine repair work or have an emergency breakdown this is a trustworthy shop to go to.
