Overall rating
- Truck RepairOct 12, 2023
I would like to express my disappointment regarding the lack of professionalism in the repair of the trailer and truck. The service I received was subpar and did not meet my expectations. The technicians seemed inexperienced and did not handle the repairs properly. I encountered multiple issues after the repair was done, which indicates a lack of attention to detail and proper troubleshooting. I believe that a professional repair should be thorough and ensure that all issues are properly resolved. It is frustrating to have to deal with additional problems and expenses due to the incompetence of the repair service.
