What do drivers say?

• tiredallday1Aug 25, 2026

I walked in about 8:00 a.m. while I had the entire day to sit and recapture some hours, I needed two front rotors and a set of brake pads for a cascadia. I gave the fat man at the front counter. my VIN number and asked him to call me with an estimate as he did not know what a job like that would run off the top of his head. The entire day went by and he never even bothered to tell me what a job like this would cost. he did say it's a job they can do. apparently they simply didn't want to do it so *** these people

Great place, friendly people and very professional. I came for alignment after wasting almost 7 hrs at TA shop. Right here they did it in less of 1 hr. The next time, I'll come here right away

I came today to fix a tire on my trailer. When I came there, they accepted me and I parked truck and trailer at their shop. When I asked young guy who working there "how long it going to take to fix the tire",,,he said one hour or hour and a half.I was a little weird becouse mechanich who know how ro fix tire spend arround 30min-45min. And I show the guy where is a nail and told him I tried to fix it with tire kit tool but I couldn't make it.I was fix a nail but it was leaking air a little so I decide these guys to fix it. After 30min,they told me they can't fix the tire and tire must be replaced. They told me tire is riped. When I ask them to show me that, they show me a tire and when I check inside tire there was no any damage and no ripe. Than they said they can't fixed beckuse the glue inside the tire.I told them that is not glue, that is liquid they use to take tire off and to check if tire is mounted good at the rim. The thing is I'm professional trucker 10 years. But I told their manager(who was insisting to not repair a tire,,,, just to mount a new tire and probably take my tire to sell to someone else, becouse tire was old arround 4 months, lik new) I didn't use anu glue and they tried to trick me with that soap liquid to say that is a glue. So I told them to return my tire and I will go to other place. They just mount tire on rim and didn't wanna add air into tire. When I bring trailer there, tire was with the air arround 80psi,becouse I added air. They refused few times but I insist them to give me the tire with the air like tire was when I came. so they added 50psi and I took my truck&trailer and I fixed that tire outside. That manager who working there is the boos of the girl on the check in and young guy,and they truing to force drivers to buy new tire, while they will take old tire and fix and sale to other truckers I wrote comment on bill but they didn't wanna take that bill.I will add pic.
