I brought my truck to this shop today for a preventive maintenance (PM) service. Upon arrival, the staff took all of my information and specifically asked which type of oil I wanted to use. After gathering those details, I was told the wait time would be approximately two and a half hours. I decided to wait, but after more than four hours, I was informed that they did not have the oil needed to perform the service. What makes this especially disappointing is that this could have been verified from the beginning, particularly after they had already asked me which oil I required. I understand that inventory issues can happen, but the lack of communication and planning resulted in several hours of unnecessary lost time. Professional drivers’ time is valuable, and better coordination could have easily prevented this situation. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing, and I hope management takes steps to improve communication and customer service in the future.
