Truckers, avoid this stop unless you have no other choice. Loves, please hire more people and pay them a living wage. There's one guy here today, he's handling tires, office work, and the truck service, meanwhile there's a shop guy out doing trash for the truckstop. What is going on?? No office manager, no tire tech, no spare person even nearby in case someone gets hurt. Apparently it's been this way for three years. Bad management from Loves translates to awful service and bad attitudes. I checked in yesterday to get an annual inspection on my trailer, they didn't have anyone who could, so I waited for the 'first thing' morning slot I was told I'd have, and then waited behind three other trucks to get done.
