How do I get in with an 80-footer?

No gate instructions on file. Nobody at this shop has told us where to turn in, whether an 80-footer can swing the yard, or which door the write-up desk is behind — so we are not going to guess. Ask on the phone before you commit the combination to the lot.

  0 stars if i could. These people are truly highway robbery. Pulled in on a saturday with my trailer axle broken. The owner was there and told me he can get me back up and running by Wednesday. I left my trailer there and took off to the closest truck stop. Before i left he told me if anything changes he'll let me know on monday. Monday came around no phone call so i assumed my trailer was still going to be ready Wednesday but i went ahead and still called 3x and no answer. Tuesday afternoon i received a call from them telling me they can't find the axle but they are working hard on it. He called me back telling me they found one and it'll be 4100 lol. I called Cottrell and ordered the same axle they supposedly couldnt find and paid 2500 bucks for. I called the shop and told them that my axle will be there friday and please have it ready asap. They quoted me 10hrs labor. When i got to the shop 5 days later they barely started working on my trailer and charged me 16hrs. When i confronted the guy about the 16hrs labor he explained to me that because i wanted it done that day he had to throw 2 guys at it. 2 guys 8hr job equals 16hrs. What a rip off!!! I had to order and pay for the axle myself cause they were to stupid to call the trailer manufacturer and order one, nobody ever notified me that they couldnt find my axle knowing it had to be ordered it'll take 3 days to get there and because 2 mechanics had to work on it to get me outta there in 1 day i got charge double the labor. If you are a owner operator please avoid this place like the plague. Shame on the owner for taking advantage of the same people that put food on his table.
