Love's Truck Care #309

What do drivers say?

Beware of Bait-and-Switch Pricing I called ahead for a price on a full grease job for my truck and trailer. I was quoted $45.99 plus tax. However, after the work was completed, the bill jumped to $105.46. When I questioned the discrepancy, I was told it was due to the "amount of grease used"—a detail they conveniently failed to mention until after the job was done and I was forced to pay. As a driver, I expect honesty in pricing. If there are surcharges for quantity, they should be disclosed upfront, not tacked on at the end. I won’t be returning to this Love's Truck Care. Drivers, check your receipts and get everything in writing before they touch your rig. Picture says this is an estimate but they never gave me this estimate it was just 45.99 plus taxes.

decent stop but the amount of time wasted at the fuel islands, is RIDICULOUS! I dont know what goes on in here that holds drivers up like this, but dang! But it sure seems like everyone just has all the time in the world and nobody has to be anywhere nor do they have any appointments...or maybe the workers are all chatty-Cathy's? 🤷‍♀️
