Place is always dirty with maintenance done DIY style. Parking lot is huge but full of holes. They were actively trying to fill the holes with asphalt but here again on the cheap DIY style. Dump truck dropped a load of asphalt in the middle with a bunch of highschool kids running in all directions from the pile out to the holes with a single shovel full. No roller. As I'm sure the material cooled quickly this effort had little chance of actually improving the condition of the lot. Annoying as my company alone drops millions at the fuel island yet it's managed like a kid's lemonade stand.
