Which One Fits Your Fleet
They are not the same kind of product. CoPilot is navigation you add to systems you already run. Trucker Path for Fleets is the dispatch board itself — plus the driver app, freight and fuel stops on the planned route.

What Each One Covers
CoPilot entries come from Trimble's own site. Where it does not cover something, the row says so rather than guessing.

Beyond the route
One Platform, One Published Price List
A navigation layer ends at the route. These run on the same platform, and what each one costs is on our pricing page rather than behind a sales call.
Seats, priced per person
Plans are priced per seat and the rates are published rather than quoted. An operator seat is the web portal for dispatchers and managers; a Driver Seat is truck navigation and routing in the Trucker Path app. Starter includes one operator seat and three driver seats, and the per-seat rate drops on the larger plan.
The driver app
Each Driver Seat covers truck stops, parking, fuel prices and weigh station status in the app your drivers already open every day, so there is nothing new for them to learn.
Freight and fuel, and which is which
Freight is in the product: the load board sits in Marketplace as an add-on seat, and a load becomes a routed trip. Fuel is two things — the route itself carries fuel stops, prices and WEX transactions, while Fleet Fuel, the fuel card with discounts and spending controls, is a separate Trucker Path product with its own sign-up. Worth knowing before anyone counts it as included.
Your ELD stays put
Connect one of 30+ platforms. Hours and compliance stay where they are; the route arrives alongside them.

Questions Fleets Ask
What is the difference between Trucker Path for Fleets and CoPilot?
CoPilot is commercial navigation a fleet adds to systems it already runs; Trimble describes it as integrating "directly into back-office, dispatch or field service applications". Trucker Path for Fleets is the dispatch surface itself. Your dispatcher builds the trip, sends it to the driver, and the driver follows it in the Trucker Path app. Fuel purchasing and freight sit on the same account.
What do my drivers install?
Drivers use the Trucker Path app they already know — the same app they open for parking, fuel prices and weigh station status. Chandler Klein at Christenson Transportation describes new drivers getting enrolled and up to speed quickly, with routes and driver features in one place.
Can I see toll cost before I dispatch?
Yes. The trip shows the toll for the route and for each leg before the route goes to the driver. Thomas E., Founder of Keller Trucking, describes a month where the toll bill came in at $40,000-some against a normal $84,000-some. The CoPilot pages we read do not address toll.
Does either product replace my ELD?
Neither does. Trimble says CoPilot lets fleets add navigation "without replacing their existing compliance or telematics systems". Trucker Path for Fleets works the same way and connects to 30+ ELD platforms — your ELD keeps hours and compliance, and the routing sits alongside it.
What does each one cost?
Trucker Path publishes its fleet pricing. Trimble states that CoPilot pricing "is based on fleet size, deployment type and integration requirements" and asks fleets to contact their team; the separate CoPilot GPS app for individual drivers starts at $9.99.
Do I get anything beyond navigation?
Yes. Trucker Path for Fleets puts fuel stops and prices on the planned route, integrates with WEX for fuel transactions, and carries the load board, where four boards sit on one screen and a load becomes a routed trip. Fleet Fuel, the fuel card with discounts and driver spending controls, is a separate Trucker Path product with its own sign-up rather than part of the fleet subscription. The CoPilot pages we read cover navigation and its optional Weather Intelligence and RouteReporter modules.
