Trucker Path, a transportation network company specializing in online and mobile services, introduced Command on March 14.
The transportation management system is designed to improve manager operations and enhance relationships with drivers.
Trucker Path said this app will combine many of the platforms now in use concerning truck parking for as many as 20,000 locations, the operation of weigh stations and extensive shipping dock information, as well as updated fuel prices at thousands of locations that will be updated daily.
“Our ODR platform is a new kind of TMS that provides unparalleled driver relationship features, advanced management capabilities and third-party solution integrations to simplify day-to-day tasks while also helping make time on the road better for drivers,” Trucker Path Chief Operating Officer Chris Oliver said. “With Command, drivers no longer have to jump between our popular Trucker Path app and the company TMS system. Parking, navigation, track and trace, and operations are all in one place.”
In addition to the traditional transportation management tools, Trucker Path said the new, all-in-one platform includes truck navigation, load and driver management, accounting, financial, tax, driver settlement and maintenance applications, as well as key metric reporting and a customer portal.
“By using what we already had, both in terms of our successful products and our integrations with other popular third parties and adding commonly needed operational tools,” Oliver said, “we’ve created something that quite honestly should have been in the industry years ago.” — Transport Topics

Today we have Alex Tkachev from Portland, Oregon.

What do I love about being a Pathfinder?

What I love about being a Pathfinder is that it encourages me to read other people's comments and get engaged with the places that I visit.

I get to find out more about the locations that I visit and how truck stop management works hard to help truck drivers. It makes me feel more empathetic to the people that work there and all that they put into their jobs. Especially with the worker shortage, people work extra hard to keep this economy running.

My favorite thing to explore

My favorite thing to explore are truck stops that are in faraway locations that most people don’t know about. Finding truck stops that I haven’t heard of before, but that is some of the best places to relax.

Fun fact about me

I try to eat healthy even when healthy food options are limited.
